Ojas Aerospace Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services, including but not limited to the Hal App, Hal Centers, Drone Centers, and other offerings (collectively referred to as "Services"). This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

  

1. General Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

 

  • The      request is made within the specified refund period.
  • The      issue falls under valid reasons as outlined below.
  • Supporting      documentation or proof is provided, where required.

 

Refunds will not be issued for services rendered or delivered as agreed, except in cases of system errors or technical failures attributable to the Company.

  

2. Refundable Services

Refunds may be applicable for the following:

 

  • Hal      App Subscription: Refunds for unused portions of subscriptions if      cancellation is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Franchise      Fees for Hal Centers and Drone Centers: Refunds may be issued only if      the application is denied by the Company or if the franchise agreement is      terminated by mutual consent prior to Service delivery.
  • Training      and Workshops: Refunds for cancellations made at least 72 hours before      the scheduled start.

 

  

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

 

  • One-time      payments for completed services, such as drone surveys or custom drone      solutions.
  • Security      deposits associated with franchise agreements, unless specified otherwise.
  • Administrative      or processing fees.

 

  

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include      the following details:
    • Full       name
    • Contact       information
    • Description       of the service/product and the reason for the refund request
    • Proof       of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction ID)

 

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  

5. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. In cases where the original payment method is not available, an alternative method will be agreed upon with the customer.

  

6. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

  

7. Amendments to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or app. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
